I am so disgusted with the service delivery with Coricraft!!!! We shop often at your different stores in Durban and have spent allot of money. We purchased a Twisted Leg Table on the 21 December 2011. Yes please note date as it is now MARCH! I have been sent about 30 sms messages to say Coricraft is in the process of nearing completion of delivery. I got a call from your Sales Lady Chantel Elkington at your Umlanga branch to say table arrived about two weeks ago. I told her i was fed up with waiting for the table. And she asked me what i wanted and i said to have it delivered to my home in Durban North. She said she cannot fit it into her car and gave me a list of problems. Then got a call on Thursday last week and the same lady Chantel called again. She said that she had arranged for the table to be delivered on Friday the 9th March 2012 to my home. Today is Tuesday no call and no table. Is this the way your company conducts service delivery? What a huge disappointment to think the money we have spent at your stores!!!
